I called Jeremy out to our home twice, in close succession, to repair our aging solar hot water system. He was very informative, patient and helpful over the phone. He said he would come out on the same day of my phone calls, and he did. When he arrived, he was friendly, kind, and he got the jobs done (with his colleague) in a short time.
